’Talk To Allison' is a candid, honest, edgy and safe hour for indulging in listener’s questions, intimate interviews, captivating stories and sometimes a good ole’ guided meditation or relaxation exercise. Allison Chawla is a therapist, a certified coach and an alternative healer who is trained in both eastern and western practices. She is dedicated to helping individuals move obstacles out of their way, so that they can meet their goals and achieve a more fulfilled life. Her approach is change-focused and centered around healing, but always practical, empathetic and light-hearted. But, Most importantly, she is a mother of two daughters and a Rhinebeck Local.
